How To Place An Order with Seasonal Trends
Placing an order with us is simple whether you are one of our loyal returning customers or a new customer about to place your first order. We want to make sure that ordering from www.SeasonalTrends.co.uk is as easy as possible.
To place an order you can first locate your item using one of the following methods:
- Click on our Featured Products area to see what is new
- Click on the Product Category section to find a product by category
- Use the Product Search facility to locate an item
Having identified your item you can then purchase it using the following method:
* Use the View Cart button to fast track your payment using Paypal Express or Google Checkout
- Click on the 'Add to Shopping Cart' icon
- From the Currently In Your Cart screen review your order checking both the item and order quantity
- Check shipping using the Shipping Calculator
- Once you are happy with your selection click on the 'Checkout' button to checkout and pay by Paypal, Secure Credit Card Processing or to send your payment via cheque or postal order.
- For Paypal Express please press the PayPal Express icon to login to your Paypal account and complete your order.
- For Google Checkout customers please press the Google Checkout icon to be directed to Google Checkout where you will complete your order.
- For returning customers the following screen will request your username and password. For new customers please click on the 'New Customers' button to register your details
- Please confirm both your shipping and billing address are correct
- On the Choose Shipping & Payment Method screen you can choose where you want your item to be shipped and whether you want the item to sent via a recorded delivery service.
- The default payment method for credit and debit card customers is Paypal or Google Checkout but we also except major credit cards via secure card processing as well as postal orders and cheques. Items will be shipped after cleared funds have been received.
Google Checkout and Paypal Express options are available to you from the View Cart screen only.

For cheques and postal orders please make them payable to: Seasonal Trends Limted and post to the following address adding your order number on the back please:

Your item will be dispatched as soon as payment is received or funds have been cleared. Please allow 5 working days for delivery for UK orders and up to 10 days for international orders.
